Secure Document Management

MxDoc was built from the ground up to be compliant with agency requirements for electronic documents and records, including the FDA's 21 CFR part 11. This, among others, accounts for MxDoc’s password requirements, audit trail requirements, and electronic signature requirements. MxDoc also supports SSL connections.

Documents are kept secure through administratively controlled user permissions, granting high level functions to only selected users.

Documents processed and approved using MxDoc can be converted into a secure PDF format using Mx PDF Conversion Server.

Beyond this, MxDoc is equipped with a most important security feature, namely active document integrity verification, which essentially uses a unique fingerprint of each document to alert users of changes or tampering in the system.
