Database Management

MxDoc’s administrative tools allow for flexible set-up of a users document database. This can be done by:

  • Establishment of user defined document libraries or docbases that each contain an autonomous or interconnected heirarchical structure of user roles and access

  • Creation of folders and subfolders for clearer organisation

  • Qualifying documentation imported into the system through the use of customizable metadatas and doctypes

  • Preparing workflow outlines, according to featured templates within MxDoc, that can be applied over and over to documents
