Effective auditing features of MxDoc will allow users to:

• Audit user activities within the system including logins, logouts, and profile changes.


• Audit changes made to the database such as document uploads, modifications, certifications and signatures.


• Audit specific components or sectors of the overall system (i.e. audit by docbase, document, user… etc.)


• Rapidly and easily locate specific events or selection of events using flexible inclusion and/or exclusion filters on audit searches.


• Save specified audits in archived reports or export them for further processing or analysis.
